1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3pattino1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering, or placing any bet or wager on 3pattino1, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
3pattino1 is an online betting and gaming platform serving Pakistani players. All services offered by 3pattino1 — including sports betting, PSL betting, live cricket markets, football betting, online casino, live dealer games, crash games, and Ludo — are subject to these Terms in their entirety.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account on 3pattino1 or use any of its services. Continued use of 3pattino1 following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility
To open and operate an account on 3pattino1, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 3pattino1 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person — companies, trusts, and other legal entities may not open player accounts on 3pattino1.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 3pattino1 or under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- The funds used to deposit must be your own and must not be proceeds of unlawful activity.
3pattino1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If verification confirms that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and all winnings will be voided.
3 Account Registration
To access 3pattino1's betting and gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 3pattino1. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts linked to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all balances including any bonus amounts will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
- 3pattino1 will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you receive such a request, report it to our support team immediately.
- All activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 3pattino1 support immediately via live chat at support@3pattino1.ws.
Important: 3pattino1 may require additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal even if your account was previously verified. This is a standard security check and not indicative of any issue with your account.
4 Identity Verification (KYC)
3pattino1 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. You agree to provide any identity documents reasonably requested by 3pattino1 within a reasonable timeframe.
Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification on 3pattino1 include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required for higher-tier verifications.
- KYC verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal and may also be triggered for large deposits or unusual account activity.
- Until KYC verification is complete, 3pattino1 may place restrictions on withdrawals from your account.
- Any document provided for KYC purposes must be genuine. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and the matter being referred to the relevant authorities.
- KYC documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with 3pattino1's Privacy Policy.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 3pattino1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 3pattino1 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount on 3pattino1 is Rs 500.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your 3pattino1 account.
- 3pattino1 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where the depositing account cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
- Standard withdrawals on 3pattino1 are processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Some payment methods may take longer depending on the provider.
- Before your first withdrawal, full KYC verification must be completed. 3pattino1 may also request re-verification periodically as a security measure.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only your real PKR balance is withdrawable at any time.
No Third-Party Payments
3pattino1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not send withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name. This applies without exception.
6 Betting Rules
All bets placed on 3pattino1 are subject to the specific sports and market rules applicable to that bet type, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
- A bet is confirmed only once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed that do not generate a confirmation reference are not valid and will be refunded.
- Once placed and confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player unless 3pattino1 specifically provides a cash-out or edit-bet option on that market and the player exercises it before the market is closed or settled.
- 3pattino1 sets odds at its own discretion. Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error resulting in odds that are clearly incorrect (for example, odds of 100/1 on a near-certainty), 3pattino1 reserves the right to void affected bets at the pre-error correct price or to offer settlement at the corrected price.
- Maximum bet limits apply on 3pattino1 and may vary by market, event, and account history. 3pattino1 may reduce or restrict bet limits on any account at its discretion without stating a reason.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 3pattino1's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement. No claims raised after this window will be considered.
7 In-Play Betting
3pattino1 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, PSL, football, and other sports. In-play betting carries specific considerations that players should be aware of before placing live bets.
- In-play odds reflect real-time match conditions and change rapidly. A delay between what you see on your screen and the current match situation may exist due to network and streaming latency.
- 3pattino1 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including in response to match incidents that significantly affect odds.
- Bets placed after an event that affects the outcome — even if the market was technically still open due to a delay — may be voided at 3pattino1's discretion.
- In-play markets on PSL and international cricket on 3pattino1 include ball-by-ball betting. These markets are suspended on each delivery and re-opened after ball completion.
8 Bonus & Promotions Terms
3pattino1 offers various promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonus, PSL cashback, casino cashback, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the 3pattino1 Promotions page and to the general bonus rules set out here.
- Bonuses are credited as bonus balance, which is separate from your real PKR balance. Bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it converts to withdrawable real balance.
- The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on 3pattino1 is 8x the bonus amount on qualifying bets. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements as stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bets placed on markets with odds of 1.50 or higher count 100% toward the wagering requirement. Bets on markets with odds below 1.50 count at a reduced rate of 10%.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Uncompleted bonus amounts expire at the end of this period.
- One bonus per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and possible account closure.
- 3pattino1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet claimed the offer.
- Cashback bonuses (PSL cashback and casino cashback) are credited as real balance with no wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: 3pattino1 monitors for bonus abuse including matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonus balances forfeited and may be restricted from future promotions.
9 Casino & Games Rules
3pattino1's online casino and games section includes live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), video slots, crash games, and Ludo. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on 3pattino1.
- All RNG-based casino and game outcomes on 3pattino1 are determined by a certified random number generator. The outcomes are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by the player or by 3pattino1 staff.
- Live dealer game results are final once the round is completed by the dealer. Technical issues on the player's device that result in a disconnection during a round do not constitute grounds for voiding a completed result.
- In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects game operation, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. 3pattino1 is not liable for any losses caused by technical malfunction beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.
- Published RTP figures for casino games on 3pattino1 represent theoretical return rates over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific return in a single session or a fixed number of rounds.
- Crash game mechanics: in crash games, the multiplier increases from 1x until the game crashes. Players must cash out before the crash to secure their winnings. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the stake being lost. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm.
10 Responsible Gaming
3pattino1 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and we encourage all players to use them proactively, not just reactively.
- Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players can set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players can temporarily suspend their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or bets may be placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players can permanently self-exclude from 3pattino1. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible. All marketing communications will cease and the account will be closed.

11 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pattino1 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Operating more than one player account on 3pattino1, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
- Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or 3pattino1 staff to manipulate outcomes.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption involving events on which you hold an open bet.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
- Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit funds.
12 Account Suspension & Closure
3pattino1 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that the Terms have been breached, that fraud or criminal activity is involved, or where required by applicable law.
- Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance comprised of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not used in bets will be returned to the player after completion of any applicable investigation.
- Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 3pattino1 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.
- 3pattino1 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was triggered by the player's own conduct in breach of these Terms.
13 Limitation of Liability
3pattino1 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted, 3pattino1 excludes all liability for losses arising from:
- Platform downtime or technical failures beyond 3pattino1's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment provider issues.
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers.
- A player's inability to access their account due to forgotten credentials or device-side issues.
- Any losses, damages, or expenses arising from a player's breach of these Terms.
In all cases where 3pattino1's liability is established, its maximum liability to any player in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in the bet or game round to which the incident relates.
14 Amendments to These Terms
3pattino1 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We may notify players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of 3pattino1 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
